Please note that in order to submit your data either way you have to be logged to you account
- Insert individual record(s), using bibliography submission form
- Post your new publication announcement via Publication Alert and publicise your work to the community
- If you are an editor of a cave & karst journal, first register your journal to the World Cave&Karst Science Journals Database and then directly submit papers published in each next issue via our online system. Note: you will be granted with an access level called "edtior" thus allowing you to access special pages where you can update all information regarding your journal and also submit contents of recent issues.
- Send your collections to the bibliography processing center. Ideally, you or your institution can process a collection to make data consistent with our database structure (click to download a template). This would be the most welcome contribution!
Hovewer if you cannot afford spending time or efforts needed for preparation of your collection in accordance with the template, you may send it to the processing center without any modifications in any common file format (MS World, Excel, Access, XML, coma or tab delimited, etc.). Please be aware that in this way it might take a while before your data will be included to KarstBase.
